Summer Camp 2026

  • Summer Camp 2026 - July 31, August 1, 2, 3.

  • Training fee:  $100

  • Family Training Fee:  $175 (two or more)

  • Non-training members staying on site:  $50

  • Extra dinner Tickets:  $10.  Dinner tickets are included in the camp registration for those participating in the camp.  Extra dinner tickets are available for non-training family members. 

  • Waiver Forms & Consent to Emergency Care: If applicable, will be collected at check in.  Please ensure you have a hard copy of these documents with you, there will be no extra copies available.

  • Camp payment and fees: will be accepted via e-transfer at: ikokcevents@kyokushin.ca 

To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all participants, please follow the rules outlined below:

  1. Check-In Requirement

    All participants must check in at the main hall upon arrival before entering the campgrounds.

  2. Minors

    • A Consent to Emergency Care form must be completed for all minors at check-in.  All training minors must have a parent, guardian or an adult staying on site with them throughout the weekend.

    • Minors must obtain permission from camp organizers before using the beach area.

    • Alcohol consumption by minors is strictly prohibited.

  3. Pets

    • No pets are allowed on site.

  4. Alcohol Policy

    • Adults aged 19 and older may consume alcohol responsibly within their designated campsites.

  5. Environmental Protection

    • The use of commercial bathing products (soap, shampoo, etc.) in the river is not allowed.

    • Only eco-friendly products may be used in or near the river.

  6. Quiet Hours

    • Quiet time is from 10:30 PM onward. Please respect your fellow campers.

  7. Parking and Campsites

    • Parking and camping are permitted only in designated areas.

    • Saving campsites is not permitted. Sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • Some limited camping on the field will be permitted this year.
