The Oyama Marathon 2012 Schedule and Details

Kihon / IdoGeko / Kata: 8:00am – 10:00am

Great way to start the day. Then we will break down and dissect the Kata “Saifa” with its Bunkai.

Fight Training: 10:15am – 12:15pm

We will focus on fight tactics and strategy

Tonfa and Bo: 12:45 – 2:45pm

Kihon, IdoGeko, Katas, Happo No Kuzushi and Fighting.

GoshinJitsu: 3:00pm – 5:00pm

We will focus on self-defense based on Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Yoga: 5:00pm – 5:30pm

Best way  to finish a long day of learning to clear the mind.
