Sensei Herb Milton visits the Richmond Dojo for training

Long time Kyokushin member, Sensei Herb Milton, was recently in Vancouver on business and stopped by the Richmond Dojo for training.
Sensei Herb is originally from the North Okanagan, and for many years ran the Vernon Kyokushin Karate Dojo.
Work took Sensei Herb to Alberta for a few years, then on to Nova Scotia for the past 6 years.
It was great to train together once again and to reacquaint old-time friendships, something that Kyokushin continues to do!
The second training of the evening was attended by a few of the seniors who enjoyed lively conversation about the “History of Kyokushin in Western Canada”.
