A light dusting of snow today in the Greater Vancouver area. At class time, temperature was about, -4 C.
Time for some outside training to develop that great Canadian Kyokushin Spirit.
The recent kyu grading held in the Richmond Dojo saw 16 members of the club successfully promoted to various new belt levels.
Well done, to all successful candidates! To those who must re-test, please work hard to improve the items noted.
