Penticton Westside Kyokushin Karate Club first opened the doors in September 2001.
Over the years the club has been in several locations, and from 2005 – 2010 the school was located at KVR Middle School, where we trained out of the activity room.
In September of 2010, the opportunity arose to move to the gymnasium at Queen’s Park Elementary School.
In 2011 I became the sole Kyokushin Karate school in town. Thus I removed the Westside from my name and now am the Penticton Kyokushin Karate Club.
I see a very bright future for martial arts training in our city.
